Job summary

You will monitor documentation and certification needs, maintain files and HR records, handle payroll administration, and coordinate with project teams to support manpower deployment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in foreign worker administration or construction HR preferred.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage work-pass administrative matters and issue work pass cards.
• Maintain foreign worker personal files and HR records.
• Coordinate onboarding: arrivals, accommodation, welfare, and site setup.
• Track certification requirements and coordinate training registrations.
• Administer payroll-related tasks: overtime, allowances, deductions.
• Liaise with project teams to support manpower deployment.
