CLO HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible HR Executive to support operations in the construction sector in Singapore. The role focuses on work permit administration, foreign worker onboarding, and compliance with MOM regulations.

The position requires a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field with at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in construction. Strong organizational skills and independence in handling foreign worker matters are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Minimum 1 year HR experience; construction industry preferred.
Familiar with MOM systems (WPOL, EPOL, MyMOM).
Able to handle foreign worker matters independently.
Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

Handle Work Permit (WP), S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portal
Manage foreign worker onboarding, including medical, housing, and documentation
Liaise with Ministry of Manpower, agents, and workers on employment matters
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Monitor quota, levy, and permit status for all workers
Assist in payroll coordination and leave tracking
Support general HR administrative duties
