Job summary

ADAPT GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Condominium Administrator to support the resident community. You will assist the Condominium manager, handle walk-in inquiries, and manage general administrative tasks within the estate.

The role requires solid communication and interpersonal skills, a minimum GCE 'O' Level, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Independent and able to work under pressure, you will also be PC literate and capable of coordinating with service providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to the Condominium manager on site.
• Attend to walk-in residents' queries.
• Handling of general administrative matters within the estate.
