Job summary

ace decision facilities management pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced condominium operations manager to oversee daily activities, lead site staff, and ensure maintenance and improvements are delivered in compliance with BMSMA and applicable regulations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, contract and budget management, and proficiency with condominium apps. You will coordinate with service providers and attend council meetings, including the AGM.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the condominium
• Lead a team of site staff
• Supervise maintenance, repairs and improvement works to the condominium
• Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
• Manage expenditure, budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
• Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of works
• Monitor adherence to budgets and contract terms
• Assist councils and committees with documentation and reporting
