Olympian Property Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee filing of Building Plans, maintenance manuals, and inspection records for a condominium. The role includes coordinating site walks, repairs, and ensuring facilities meet operability and safety standards.

You will manage contractor relationships, ITQ/RFQ processes, and assist in procurement to ensure contracts are executed on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing building plans, O&M manuals, and inspection records.
• Ability to schedule and monitor in-house repairs.
• Knowledge of contractor management and ITQ/RFQ processes.
• Compliance with licenses and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Manage proper filing of Building Plans and O&M manuals.
• File maintenance records and display inspection reports and work orders.
• Manage records of warrantied items and works and activate when necessary.
• Conduct site walk to check building defects and operability of M&E equipment.
• Schedule and monitor in-house repairs by site technician.
• Ensure all facilities and M&E items are functioning; prepare servicing/maintenance schedules.
• Inspect facilities for operability and user safety; ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Assist in procurement of services required by the condominium.
• Call for ITQ/RFQ for term contracts and adhoc repair works; prepare tenders for major retrofits.
• Ensure contractor work safety procedures and insurance coverage.
