Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Condominium Manager to support the Asset Manager in coordinating all aspects of a residential/condo portfolio. You will ensure service quality, conduct inspections, and respond to resident needs while maintaining strong relationships with residents and council members.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience (Residential/Condominium/Strata Management)
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly and provide timely service to tenants

Responsibilities

• Confirm services comply with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, and external façades; recommend alterations and maintenance
• Respond to escalated residents’ needs and resolve issues promptly
• Build and maintain good rapport with residents and council members
• Address feedback through platforms such as messenger, email, and other digital channels
• Possess broad knowledge of own discipline and some cross-disciplinary awareness
• Assist in Sub-Committee meetings and prepare minutes; draft minutes for Council and General Meetings
• Attend to all emergency situations
