Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Condominium Manager to support the Asset Manager in coordinating all aspects of a portfolio and to operate buildings on behalf of a client or group.

This role is part of the Property Management function. You will conduct inspections, ensure compliance, respond to resident needs, build rapport with residents and council members, handle feedback across platforms, prepare minutes for meetings, and assist with council and general meetings, including first-draft minutes,

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience in residential/condominium/strata management.
• Understand procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Able to analyze solutions using experience and apply appropriate judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present information.

Responsibilities

• Confirm services comply with policies, regulations, contracts and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, walkways and façade; recommend maintenance.
• Respond to residents' escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain rapport with residents and council members.
• Address feedback via platforms such as messenger and email.
• Possess broad knowledge of relevant job disciplines within the function.
• Prepare and conduct Sub-Committee meetings and minutes.
• Assist in Council/General Meetings and provide first drafts of minutes.
• Attend to all emergency situations.
