Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in ensuring smooth operations and effective management of day-to-day building operations.
• Carry out daily inspections to upkeep the property in good and serviceable condition.
• Prepare, evaluate and recommend contracts/quotation works.
• Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records.
• Manage service providers for cleaners, security and landscape; attend to residents' feedback and complaints.
