Job summary

Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte. Limited in Singapore is seeking a Client Relation Associate (Clinical & Medical) to serve as the primary contact for Concierge Clients, delivering end-to-end patient coordination across administrative, operational, and selected clinical support functions.

Responsibilities include managing patient experiences, appointment coordination, billing processes, medical documentation, and care coordination with doctors and departments, while adhering to infection control

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality patient service.
• Ability to manage premium client relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with clinic operations and billing processes.
• Knowledge of PDPA/regulatory healthcare standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for Concierge Clients.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the patient journey—pre-appointment, during the visit, and post-care follow-up.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, escalations, and service recovery promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, confirmations, and reminder communications.
• Oversee patient registration, ensuring accuracy of personal and medical information in line with PDPA regulations.
• Prepare, process, and maintain medical reports, forms, and documentation accurately within timelines.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, laboratories, and internal departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
