Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly Patient Concierge to greet and register patients, and to schedule appointments across multiple locations in Singapore.

You will coordinate referrals to specialists, handle payments, and respond to patient inquiries with courteous, professional service. This role trains on-site, with no prior healthcare experience required and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level.
• No exp needed, training provided.
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointment.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster; involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station.
