Compliance & Admin Executive (ISO Compliance/WICA/Insurance) – Up to $3,800

Location: East – Changi South Street (Company Transport provided)

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.15pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the QEHS Lead on compliance (ISO, WICA, Insurance).
  • Prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly), KPI tracking, and presentation slides.
  • Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
  • Manage office administration and feedback channels.
  • Update, analyze, and distribute data from online collection systems.
  • Collaborate with all departments to support QEHS objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum A Level with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in writing meeting minutes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Insurances.
  • Basic safety, health and environmental knowledge.
