Job summary

Synapxe, Singapore’s national HealthTech agency, seeks a Learning & Development professional to govern competency development and build a scalable healthtech competency framework across clinical, technical and product domains. You will lead a cross-functional team to design pathways, select training partners and implement flagship programmes that advance a future-ready workforce.

You will collaborate with business units and experts to tailor learning journeys, curate content, and ensure delivery

Qualifications

Degree in HR or ICT preferred.
3–5 years in competency-based learning framework development.
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or equivalent is an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate governance for competency development and appoint competency leads.
Set up Synapxe Academy Faculty team of trainers.
Develop HealthTech Competency Framework across healthcare, technical and product domains.
Define competency requirements for groups at each seniority level.
Create learning pathways with mandatory and recommended programmes.
Design flagship programmes leveraging adult learning pedagogy.
Work with Business Units to analyse needs, identify vendors and support implementation.
Conduct standup training or facilitation for in-house programmes.
Design and run capability events to anchor a learning culture.
Review programmes and source alternatives when needed.
