Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced L&D professional to build and govern competency frameworks across business units in Singapore.

You will curate training pathways, lead flagship programmes, and ensure learning initiatives align with adult learning principles, while coordinating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related certifications.
• At least 3 years in competency-based learning framework development within structured HR environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders.

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
