Job summary

You will analyze market data, benchmark salaries, evaluate ranges, and guide stakeholders on compensation policies while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 4-5 years of relevant experience in Compensation
• Experience in market surveys, salary benchmarking, and data analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, with high numeracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels

• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with Hay and Mercer job evaluation methodologies is advantageous
