ACExcellent Consulting is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and rewards programs aligned with business goals. The role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating salary structures, and guiding stakeholders on compensation policies.

The ideal candidate holds a degree and 4–5 years of Total Rewards experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail to ensure compliant and effective rewards management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Total Rewards experience.
• Knowledge of Total Rewards practices and labour laws.
• Hands-on experience in market surveys, salary benchmarking and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities
