Job summary

MindChamps Singapore Pte Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll & HRIS specialist to ensure timely payroll processing for Singapore, India, and Vietnam staff and contractors. The role involves managing bonuses, fringe benefits, and director fees, while improving HRIS processes for better efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, strong Excel and analytical skills, and experience with SuccessFactors (SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors (SAP) is required.
• Excellent MS Excel skills including pivot tables and modeling.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for Singapore, India and Vietnam staff and contractors.
• Administer bonus payout, allowances, and payroll reports to Finance.
• Ensure timely IRA8 submissions, fringe benefits, director fees and stock option submissions.
• Improve payroll flow within HRIS for seamless integration and efficiency.
• Respond to employee payroll, benefits, and HRIS inquiries with clear solutions.
• Maintain staff data in HRIS including new entities, transfers, and status changes.
• Coordinate with auditors for payroll and system audits.
