Job summary

Sime Motors is recruiting a Senior Specialist to manage Singapore Payroll, Benefits and HRIS administrations. You will partner with the Singapore People Experience Team and the Payroll vendor to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and statutory compliance.

You will administer benefits programs, serve as HRIS SME, and lead year-end benefits/claims processes. This 1-year contract role requires a degree and at least 5 years’ relevant experience, with SAP/Workday knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in payroll/benefits/HRIS
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements
• Experience with SAP and Workday is advantageous
• Advanced MS Excel skills required

Responsibilities

• Oversee Singapore payroll processing and statutory contributions
• Coordinate benefits administration and vendor liaison
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and analytics reporting
• Assist with payroll audits and tax filings (CPF/IRAS)
• Support year-end payroll processes and related reporting
