Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations, support annual salary reviews, and maintain accurate C&B data across HR systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, payroll knowledge under Singapore regulations, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and payroll practices in Singapore.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience
• Good understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
• At least 5 years of Compensation & Benefits with hands-on payroll experience, with multinational or regional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for country/region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits or internal reviews as needed.
• Assist in annual salary review processes, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
• Maintain accurate C&B data in HR systems and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to C&B.
• Support other C&B initiatives and projects, where necessary.
