Job summary

PAS People's Association is seeking a Communications professional to lead CDC communications, engage with grassroots and external stakeholders, and ensure the Mayor’s/CDC offices deliver consistent, clear messaging across channels. The role requires strong coordination with internal divisions and a focus on public understanding of government policies.

Qualifications

• General Degree is required.
• Experience in communications/public relations is preferred.
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop CDC communication plans and public messaging on government policies.
• Monitor trends and advise responses impacting CDC.
• Build alliances with media, partners, and influencers.
• Review and implement internal/external channels to raise awareness.
• Measure message effectiveness across platforms.
• Coordinate with PA Divisions for consistent messaging.
• Content creation for staff and stakeholders.
• Assist with budget monitoring and resource deployment.
