Job summary

PAS People's Association is seeking a role to manage the implementation of the Jobs Nearby @ CDC initiative and related programmes in the district. The objective is to connect residents with employment opportunities and community services through targeted outreach, stakeholder partnerships, and programme coordination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in outreach, career and skills advisory, community engagement, HR/recruitment or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Support Job Ambassadors in daily operations at job clinics with operational assistance and coordination.
• Assist in delivering capability-building sessions for Job Ambassadors to provide high-touch job assistance.
• Implement outreach plans to increase CDC awareness and participation in job advisory services.
• Liaise with employers, SMEs, training providers and community partners to build partnerships.
• Process referrals and queries from the public and inter-agency partners, ensuring timely support.
• Track job placement outcomes and assist with job-matching activities and strategies.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve programmes.
• Manage data on residents served, referrals, and placement targets for reporting.
