Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced technology leader to join the Commercial Systems team. You will oversee key platforms supporting our airport's commercial and retail operations, including LMS, POS, digital screens, and related applications.

You will collaborate with business partners and tech teams to deliver reliable systems, drive digitalisation, and shape the strategy and roadmap for the portfolio. Senior Manager level may apply for broader leadership.

Competenze

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise system management, commercial/retail systems, or technology leadership.
• Experience managing business-critical systems across projects, operations, vendors, and tech transformations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integration, cloud/SaaS, IT service management, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-domain collaboration skills.
• Experience with retail technologies such as POS systems and lease management is advantageous.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AWS/Azure, TOGAF or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Description:

We are seeking an experienced technology professional to join our Commercial Systems team, responsible for key platforms supporting Changi Airport’s commercial and retail operations, including our Lease Management System (LMS), Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, digital screens, and related applications.

You will work closely with business teams and tech partners to deliver and operate reliable commercial systems, while driving enhancements, digitalisation, and new technology initiatives to support evolving business needs and customer experience.

Candidates with stronger leadership experience may be considered at the Senior Manager level, with the responsibility of leading the Commercial Systems team and shaping the overall strategy and tech roadmap for the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery, operations, and lifecycle of key Commercial Systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure, and effective for evolving business needs.
• Partner business stakeholders to identify process optimisation, automation, digitalisation, AI, and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise system management, commercial and retail systems, enterprise solutions, system integration, or technology leadership roles.
• Experience managing business-critical systems across project delivery, operations, vendors, and tech transformation
• Good understanding of enterprise application architecture, system integration, cloud/SaaS environments, IT service management, and technology risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology domains.
• Experience with retail technologies such as POS systems, lease management systems, content management systems or other commercial platforms will be an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, TOGAF, CISM or cybersecurity-related certifications will be an advantage as well.
• For consideration at the Senior Manager level, candidates should have demonstrated experience in technology strategy, portfolio leadership, and leading teams.
