Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant enterprise IT experience; more senior candidates possible for Manager role.
• Familiarity with IT service management, system implementation, cloud, APIs and integrations.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure or cybersecurity are advantageous.
• Strong bridging of business and technology perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancement, operations and governance of commercial platforms (Lease Management, POS, and related apps).
• Partner with business users to translate needs into technology solutions.
• Drive projects from concept to implementation, including procurement, testing and deployment.
• Manage integrations across enterprise platforms for data flow and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with governance and cybersecurity.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including budgets and performance.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency.
