You will balance day-to-day system ownership with delivering enhancements and technology refresh initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to keep systems reliable today and positioned for tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise application management, retail technology, systems integration, or related IT domains; more senior for Manager role.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and ability to bridge business and technology conversations.
• Familiarity with IT service management, system implementation, application support, cloud platforms, APIs and system integrations.
• Strong project management, vendor/stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or relevant cybersecurity certifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement, operations and governance of commercial platforms, including Lease Management System and POS.
• Partner business users to understand needs and translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Drive system projects from concept to implementation, including procurement, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage system integrations and interfaces across enterprise platforms for data flow and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure and compliant with governance, data and cybersecurity requirements.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including budget, contract management and service performance.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support business innovation.

In this role, you will balance day-to-day system ownership with the delivery of enhancements and technology refresh initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors, you will help ensure our commercial systems remain effective today while shaping how they evolve for tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement, operations and governance of commercial platforms, including the Lease Management System, Point of Sale (POS) System, and related applications.
• Partner business users to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Drive system projects from concept to implementation, including requirements gathering, procurement, vendor management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage system integrations and interfaces across enterprise platforms to ensure seamless data flow, system interoperability, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure and compliant with governance, data, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including budget, contract management and service performance to ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support business innovation and efficiency.
