Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced technology professional to join the Commercial Systems team supporting LMS, POS, digital screens, and related apps. You will collaborate with business units and tech partners to deliver reliable systems and drive digitalisation and new technologies.

Senior Manager level candidates may lead the Commercial Systems team, shaping strategy and the portfolio's tech roadmap while overseeing governance, security, and business continuity.

Competenze

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise system management, commercial/retail systems, or technology leadership.
• Experience managing business-critical systems across project delivery, operations, vendors, and tech transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise app architecture, system integration, cloud/SaaS, IT service management, and tech risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving across business and tech domains.
• Experience with retail technologies like POS, lease management, CMS will be an advantage.
• Certifications like PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AWS/Azure, TOGAF, CISM or cybersecurity-related certs are advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced technology professional to join our Commercial Systems team, responsible for key platforms supporting Changi Airport’s commercial and retail operations, including our Lease Management System (LMS), Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, digital screens, and related applications.

You will work closely with business teams and tech partners to deliver and operate reliable commercial systems, while driving enhancements, digitalisation, and new technology initiatives to support evolving business needs and customer experience.

Candidates with stronger leadership experience may be considered at the Senior Manager level, with the responsibility of leading the Commercial Systems team and shaping the overall strategy and tech roadmap for the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery, operations, and lifecycle of key Commercial Systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure, and effective for evolving business needs.
• Partner business stakeholders to identify process optimisation, automation, digitalisation, AI, and data-driven solutions.
• Lead system implementation, enhancements, and tech refresh initiatives, working across business teams, tech partners and vendors.
• Ensure strong system governance and operational resilience, including service management, cybersecurity, technology risk and business continuity.
• For candidates appointed at the Senior Manager level, lead the Commercial Systems team and shape the longer-term strategy and tech roadmap for the portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise system management, commercial and retail systems, enterprise solutions, system integration, or technology leadership roles.
• Experience managing business-critical systems across project delivery, operations, vendors, and tech transformation
• Good understanding of enterprise application architecture, system integration, cloud/SaaS environments, IT service management, and technology risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology domains.
• Experience with retail technologies such as POS systems, lease management systems, content management systems or other commercial platforms will be an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, TOGAF, CISM or cybersecurity-related certifications will be an advantage as well.
• For consideration at the Senior Manager level, candidates should have demonstrated experience in technology strategy, portfolio leadership, and leading teams.
