Job summary

A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking a Head of Commercial to spearhead their revenue performance and commercial strategy. This senior leadership role requires an individual with 10–15 years of experience in revenue leadership across multiple commercial functions. Key responsibilities include executing the commercial strategy, leading sales and business development efforts, managing marketing initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial judgement, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to drive results in a B2B and B2C environment.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years in commercial, sales, or revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple commercial functions, not just sales.
  • Experience in complex, multi-product or multi-business environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for executing the Group’s commercial strategy.
  • Lead sales verticals including car sales, rental, and insurance.
  • Manage business development pipeline and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure effective branding and marketing aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams.
