As the Co-ordinator- Operation Serviceswe rely on you to:

• Handling telephone enquiries and customer service
• Handling face to face bookings, group bookings and telephonic booking
• Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests
• Set and maintain service standards
• Keep track of stocks inventory
