Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Coordinator of Shared Operations to support front-of-house Attractions teams. You will handle maintenance queries, process work orders and manage equipment to keep park infrastructure functioning smoothly.

This role requires strong numerical skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, especially during events.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism, or related field.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to perform shift work including weekends, public holidays, and some nights during event periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming maintenance queries for attractions, safety issues and emergencies.
• Create and follow up on technical work orders to ensure smooth maintenance of the attractions.
• Input, track and report confidential data in a timely manner.
• Manage equipment issuance or exchange for various departments.
