Job summary

The Palawan @ Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Manager, Karting to oversee the HyperDrive Karting Circuit and related attractions. You will ensure safe, efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences while leading a motivated karting team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing attraction facilities, karting operations, or similar environments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations for amusement attractions (BCA/related).
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day karting operations and attractions in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage karting activities and guest experiences to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Oversee upkeep, maintenance, security, and repair of karting equipment and facilities.
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Lead, train and mentor the karting team, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and forecasts for management.

As the Manager, Karting, we rely on you to:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of HyperDrive Karting Circuit and its attractions in accordance with operational, safety, and BCA requirements.
• Manage Karting activities and guest experiences to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent service standards.
• Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, security, and repair of karting equipment, rides, facilities, and attraction areas.
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions and initiatives to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of HyperDrive attractions in support of business growth.
• Prepare operational reports and forecasts while supporting the implementation of group policies and strategies.
• Lead, train, coach, and mentor the Karting team while fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience managing attraction facilities, karting operations, or similar environments
• Enthusiasm for customer service with a self-driven, goal-oriented approach focused on guest experience
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and confidence in problem-solving and driving continuous improvement
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical operations, race timing systems, and staff scheduling
• Familiarity with BCA Amusement Ride Regulations and relevant operational and safety standards
