Responsibilities

• Mix drinks, mocktails, and bar beverages per recipes for consistent quality.
• Apply knowledge of products, menus, and promotions to assist guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take actions to improve service quality.
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish bar supplies.
• Equip the bar area with tools and products for efficient operations.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at the bar.
• Collaborate with team to support outlet operations.

As the Bartender we rely on you to:

• Mix drinks, mocktails, and other bar beverages accurately following outletstandard recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Apply thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions to assist guests and enhance their experience
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take actions to improve service quality and guestenjoyment
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish bar supplies and maintainstock levels
• Equip the assigned bar area with necessary tools and products to supportefficient operations
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe barenvironment
• Collaborate with team members to perform duties as assigned to support overall outlet operations
