Job summary

The Palawan @ Sentosa is seeking a Co-ordinator, Operations Service (Attractions) to ensure guests enjoy a safe, fun and smooth experience by managing ticketing and retail operations and collaborating with multiple departments.

You will respond to guest inquiries, uphold high service standards, and adapt to shift work to provide continuous support during operating hours. The role offers a 5-day work week and opportunities for learning and development.
