Job Description
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and fundraising targets.
- Brand Building: Define brand identity, messaging, and market positioning for a growing startup in asset management.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage SEO, social media, content marketing, paid media, website, and CRM systems.
- Public relation & Communications: Drive initiatives to enhance industry visibility and credibility.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Design campaigns targeting both retail and institutional investors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with offerings.
- Performance Analytics: Track ROI and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Team Management: Build and lead a small marketing team or manage external agencies as the company scales.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business (MBA preferred).
- Experience:8+ years in marketing or brand leadership, ideally in financial services, fintech, or asset management.
Proven success in building brands from early-stage to growth-phase.
- Skills:Strong grasp of digital channels and investor behavior.
