Job summary

The Nanson, a private members club at InterContinental Robertson Quay, Singapore, is seeking a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day club operations, events, facilities, AV, and vendor management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, club operations, or related environment.
• Strong organisational and project management skills under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Basic AV knowledge to support events and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day club operations to deliver high-quality member and guest experiences.
• Maintain operational, service, and presentation standards across the club.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to improve the member experience.
• Lead events and private functions, including logistics, setup, and on-the-day operations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth planning, communication, and execution.
• Oversee facilities, AV requirements and operational readiness for the club.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including sourcing and cost control.
• Guide and develop the operations team with a focus on excellence and service.
