Job summary

From managing rosters to handling feedback and coordinating with maintenance, you’ll keep the club running smoothly, on weekends and late shifts. If you love fitness, people, and getting things done, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and handling feedback/complaints.
• Experience in operations and/or safety is a plus.
• Able to work rotating rosters including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities in the club to align with brand standards.
• Manage key responsibilities to ensure club security and smooth operations.
• Communicate with the Head of Department team on issues arising during operations.
• Identify and report faults requiring technical fixes to keep facilities up to standard.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for members and handle queries & feedback.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across studios, changerooms and common areas.
• Monitor stock levels with regular counts to avoid shortages.
• Prioritize safety and create a healthy environment for members and staff.
• Find opportunities to surprise and delight members with thoughtful touches.
