Job summary

The Nanson, a private member’s club at InterContinental Robertson Quay, Singapore, seeks an Operations Manager to ensure facilities are well maintained, safe, and ready for members and guests. You will oversee maintenance programs, vendor coordination, procurement, and asset upkeep, working with the General Manager and external providers to uphold high club standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in facilities management or related environment.
• Strong vendor management and procurement coordination.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of club facilities and common areas.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, warranties, assets, and service schedules.
• Support Events Operations: setup, venue readiness, logistics, and post-event reinstatement.
• AV & Music management: setup, operation, basic troubleshooting for equipment and weekly band roster.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver facilities and operational requirements for events.
• Provide after-hours support for events and urgent needs when required.
