Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience troubleshooting multiple domains (compute/storage/networking/CDN/DBs/DevOps/big data/security).

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative architectural and operational guidance to customers.
• Build solutions and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs and risk management.
