Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Technical Account Manager to deliver consultative architectural and operational guidance that maximizes customer value from AWS. In this role you’ll expand your technical, consulting and leadership skills while mentoring colleagues and earning AWS certifications.

You’ll build solutions, guide customers, and drive proactive discussions with executives across a diverse set of enterprise customers, collaborating with Solutions Architects

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing/implementing/operating with distributed applications
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience
• Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership
• Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level)

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for customers
• Ensure AWS environments stay healthy while reducing cost and complexity
• Develop trusted relationships by understanding customers’ business needs and challenges
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
• Collaborate with partners from developers to C-suite executives and with AWS teams
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain value from AWS
• Provide post-sales, consultative expertise and conduct health reviews
