Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive cloud security solutions for end-users, SMEs, and startups. You will own prospecting, demonstrations, and closing while building strong relationships with business owners and IT leaders.

The role is based at Tai Seng, with a 9am–6pm workday, Monday to Friday, and offers incentives, AWS, and a structured bonus plan as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience or similar roles.
• Experience selling cloud security or IT solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with end-users, SMEs, start-ups and direct customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including business owners, C-level executives, IT leaders and security decision-makers.
• Understand customers' business needs and pain points, and recommend suitable cloud security solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, webinars and workshops to educate customers on cloud security solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product and Technical teams to support market development, customer onboarding and successful solution deployment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates, track sales performance, assist with customer issues and payment follow-up, and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.
