Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd seeks a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in Singapore’s security software market. You will target end-users and SMEs, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Based at Tai Seng, near MRT, you will collaborate with marketing and engineering teams, attend events, track pipelines, and provide market insights. The role offers a competitive salary with commission.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in end-user sales, SME-focused technology sales or cloud-based solutions
• Experience in SaaS sales / business development will be an advantage
• Candidates with sales experience in POS hardware / software solutions will be a plus
• Candidates with sales experience in office automation hardware / software solutions will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting end-users, SMEs, and organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client engagement, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Build relationships with decision makers, including business owners, IT leaders, and security stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to promote cloud security solutions.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable security solutions.
• Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support campaigns, deployment, and customer success.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and partner activities.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and provide market insights to management.
• Assist with customer support issues and ensure timely payment collection.
