Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop and execute strategies selling cloud security solutions to end-users, SMEs, start-ups, and direct customers. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building relationships with business owners, IT leaders and security decision-makers.

The role requires 1–2 years in end-user or SMB tech sales, with a track record in cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in end-user or SMB tech sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with end-users, SMEs, start-ups and direct customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including business owners, C-level executives, IT leaders and security decision-makers.
• Understand customers' business needs and pain points, and recommend suitable cloud security solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, webinars and workshops to educate customers on cloud security solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product and Technical teams to support market development, customer onboarding and successful solution deployment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates, track sales performance, assist with customer issues and payment follow-up, and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.

• Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in end-user sales or SMB-focused technology sales and track record in cloud based solutions sales.
