Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is assisting a well-established company in Tai Seng to hire a sales professional focused on cloud security solutions. You will develop strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with end-users, SMEs and IT leaders.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a Diploma/ITE, and a track record of meeting targets. Working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with incentives and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to understand customer needs and map to cloud security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with end-users, SMEs, start-ups and direct customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, including business owners, CIOs and IT decision-makers.
• Present cloud security solutions through demonstrations, webinars and workshops.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Technical teams to drive customer onboarding and deployment.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Working hours : 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with end-users, SMEs, start-ups and direct customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including business owners, C-level executives, IT leaders and security decision-makers.
• Understand customers' business needs and pain points, and recommend suitable cloud security solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, webinars and workshops to educate customers on cloud security solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product and Technical teams to support market development, customer onboarding and successful solution deployment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates, track sales performance, assist with customer issues and payment follow-up, and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
