Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in Tai Seng, Singapore.

You will engage end-users and SMEs, present cloud security solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This is a front-facing, target-driven role requiring strong communication and negotiation skills. You will collaborate with marketing and technical teams, attend industry events, and provide market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in end-user sales, SME-focused technology sales or cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in SaaS sales / business development will be an advantage
• Candidates with sales experience in POS hardware / software solutions will be a plus
• Candidates with sales experience in office automation hardware / software solutions will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting end-users, SMEs, and organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client engagement, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Build relationships with decision makers, including business owners, IT leaders, and security stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to promote cloud security solutions.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable security solutions.
• Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support campaigns, deployment, and customer success.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and partner activities.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and provide market insights to management.
• Assist with customer support issues and ensure timely payment collection.
