Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a technically strong people manager to lead the Partner Solutions Architect teams across ASEAN. You will own the technical strategy, team development, and partner engagement for AI and Growth Partner PSAs, spanning Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

You will influence AWS service roadmaps, drive executive briefings, and represent AWS at regional events, shaping AI-enabled growth for partners in ASEAN.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise IT applications experience with at least 2 years hands-on software development or DevOps.
2+ years architecting/operating solutions on cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).
8+ years of technology solutions development and cloud transformation roadmaps.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

Define technical strategy, migration, modernization, and AI enablement across ASEAN partner teams.
Engage AI Partner and Growth Partner executives and build trusted advisory relationships.
Drive partner enablement programs and cross‑functional collaboration to scale AI adoption.
Establish operating rhythms, metrics, and capacity planning for dual charter teams.
