Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited seeks a Country Partner Leader responsible for the Philippines and Vietnam, driving partner-led revenue growth and a unified go-to-market with SI, ISV, MSP, VAR, and Distributor partners.

The role leads a team of PSMs and PDMs, aligns partner sales and development, and collaborates with PSA, distributor PDM, PDR, and specialists to execute a cohesive, in-country program focused on AI-enabled solutions and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building and leading large teams in matrixed operating structures.
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managing and developing high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new workloads on AWS with partners and accelerate customer adoption through APN partners and Marketplace motions.
• Define and execute the unified country partner strategy across SI, ISV, MSP, VAR, and Distributor.
• Lead with industry solutions and GenAI, ensuring AI-enabled, industry-specific solutions for customers.
• Scale AWS Marketplace adoption and drive partner transaction volume and co-sell.
• Lead strategic partner relationships and oversee forecast accuracy and governance.
