Job summary

Temus is seeking a highly motivated IT Support & Tech Specialist to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in supporting cloud environments and end-user devices, combining cloud administration with system management and strong communication skills.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, manage MDM via Intune, ensure security and compliance, and contribute to seamless technology adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT/Tech Support
• Hands-on with Windows and macOS
• Strong IT operations understanding
• Experience with ticketing systems
• MDM experience especially Intune advantageous
• ISO27001 knowledge advantageous
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) advantageous
• ITIL certification advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong documentation and attention to detail
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Collaborative cross-functional team player

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to a diverse user base with clear communication to address needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Use problem-solving skills and independent troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently and minimize escalations.
• Monitor and ensure optimal IT system performance, upholding SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage patching and deployments (e.g., Microsoft Intune) ensuring endpoints are compliant and secure.
• Contribute to safeguarding networks and computers by following security protocols and best practices.
• Onboard and guide users on new software and IT equipment, promoting seamless adoption.
• Be prepared to undertake additional IT-related tasks with a proactive and adaptable approach.
