Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a grounded IT Support Specialist to own end‑to‑end technology operations for the Singapore office. This 100% onsite role targets long‑term stability with autonomous ownership and collaboration with a world‑class legal firm.

Responsibilities include hands‑on support for under 20 staff, hardware deployment, AV setup, and cross‑regional coordination with our Hong Kong and Tokyo teams to maintain global standards.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong communication to support international partners and staff.
• Experience in a legal or professional services firm is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office, mobile management, Citrix and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hands-on point of contact for fewer than 20 office personnel.
• Install, configure, image, and repair laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and network interfaces; maintain data room components.
• Handle setup and troubleshooting for audio-visual systems and meetings.
• Assist with hardware deployment, user access moves/adds/changes, and basic induction training.
• Coordinate with regional tech team to align with global standards.
