Job summary

Leaseweb, a leading cloud hosting provider, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support the APAC sales team. You will handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to handover.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, results-driven, and proficient in English, with experience in cloud or hosting services and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or business development, preferably within the technology or cloud industry.
• Experience in or strong interest in cloud infrastructure, datacenter, hosting, or managed services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• First line of contact for all incoming sales calls, chats and emails.
• Closes sales and achieves quarterly quotas.
• Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager or Business Development Executives for further development and closure.
• Provides daily administrative sales support to Account Managers and their customers.
• Responsible for preparing quotations for customers.
