Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide on-site guidance and training during product trials, help customers solve technical problems, and act as a bridge between customers and the company.

You will cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, prepare technical documents such as proposals, bids, test reports and implementation plans, and collect client needs to inform back-end products and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT and Internet companies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and After-sales technical support. Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.Ticket processing.
