Job summary

Salesforce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Executive (Service Cloud) to drive growth in the Singapore market. You will develop and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy, penetrate existing customers, and win new business by articulating durable service transformations.

You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, negotiate at VP and CxO levels, and collaborate with the wider sales team to accelerate adoption of Service Cloud across industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in service applications and/or customer service management.
• Proven selling experience of Customer Service solutions into large organizations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian or Bahasa Melayu to communicate with customers in Malaysia or Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for Service Cloud within Salesforce customer base and prospects.
• Define and pitch the value of a service transformation to prospect management.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and close business at VP/CxO level.
• Define and execute plans to accelerate growth of Service Cloud and enable peers in sales messaging.
