Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist with strong sales orientation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, patient registration, and enquiries via phone, email, and walk ins.
  • Manage clinic’s reception area to ensure a pleasant and professional environment.
  • Proactively promote TCM services, packages, and memberships to patients.
  • Educate patients on available treatments and wellness programmes.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships, packages, and products.
  • Follow up with patients to encourage return visits and package renewals.
  • Manage patient records accurately and confidentially.
  • Process billing, payments, and issue receipts.
  • Assist the physicians to carry out the treatment plan.
  • Contribute to sales efforts, including recommending suitable treatment packages or products to patients in alignment with their needs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to clinic management as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; diploma in business, healthcare, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or spa environment.
  • Strong sales and communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with clinic management systems.
  • Able to work weekends and clinic operating hours (5-day work week, rostered off-days).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients).
