MICRODERME AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused frontline associate to greet clients, schedule appointments, and promote our wellness offerings.

You will handle phone and walk-in inquiries, assist the Branch Manager with operations, and be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service while explaining benefits of treatments and packages. Formación

• 1 year or more of customer-facing experience in retail/healthcare or wellness sectors.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for client interactions and prescription handling.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle phone appointments and walk-in enquiries.
• Assist Branch Manager in scheduling and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day run.
• Be the face of MICRODERME AESTHETICS during customer interactions.
• Explain benefits of treatments and services offered by the clinic.
• Sell Wellness Packages and dispense TCM medications where applicable.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Branch Manager.

Duties include:

• Handling of phone appointments and walk-in enquiries
• Assisting Branch Manager in ensuring smooth operations and scheduling of appointments
• Be the face of the company during your interactions with both our existing and potential customers
• Communicate and share with our customers the benefits of our various treatment and services of our clinic
• Sales of Wellness Package and Dispensing of TCM medications
• Ad-hoc activities as assigned by Branch manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry
• Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin (TCM prescriptions are issued in mandarin as such proficiency in mandarin is required)
• Passion in providing superior customer service and addressing the healthcare concerns of our customers
• Team player and ability to work well with others
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
